Nexorion Hosting provides virtual private server (VPS) hosting services. We reserve the right to make changes to the services and features provided at any time without prior notice.
All sales and payments made to Nexorion Hosting are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to ensure that the service meets your requirements before making a purchase.
You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any illegal activities while using our services. This includes, but is not limited to, distributing malware, engaging in unauthorized hacking or data breaches, hosting copyrighted material without permission, and any other activity that violates applicable laws and regulations
Any attempt to perform Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, network scanning (netscan), or any form of server manipulation will result in immediate termination of your service without any refund. We take these activities seriously to ensure the safety and stability of our network and other customers' services.
Nexorion Hosting reserves the right to terminate your service immediately if you fail to comply with any of the terms outlined in this TOS. We may, at our discretion, provide two warnings if we detect that your server is infected or involved in suspicious activities. If the issue persists, we have the right to remove your VPS without further notice.
We take the security and privacy of our customers seriously. Nexorion Hosting implements reasonable security measures to protect your data; however, we cannot guarantee complete security. It is your responsibility to maintain backups of your data and ensure the security of your applications and services.
Nexorion Hosting shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use our services. We shall not be responsible for any content hosted on your VPS or any third-party websites linked to it.
You agree to indemnify and hold Nexorion Hosting, its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of our services and any violation of this TOS.
Nexorion Hosting reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications implies your acceptance of the updated TOS.
While Nexorion Hosting ensures high server uptime and takes measures to prevent data loss, it is ultimately your responsibility to maintain regular backups of your server data. We recommend creating backups at regular intervals and storing them securely in an off-site location. Nexorion Hosting shall not be held liable for any data loss or damages resulting from the absence of backups.
Nexorion Hosting is committed to providing fair resource allocation to all customers. Excessive use of server resources that negatively impacts the performance of other users' services is strictly prohibited. In the event of resource abuse, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including temporary resource throttling or suspension of services, to maintain the overall stability of our platform.
You agree to pay all applicable fees as per the selected hosting plan and billing cycle. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your service. In case of payment disputes or chargebacks initiated by you, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the issue is resolved.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Any unauthorized access to your account should be reported to Nexorion Hosting immediately. We shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to negligence or improper security practices on your part.
Nexorion Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service without prior notice if we suspect any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities related to your account. Additionally, failure to comply with the terms outlined in this TOS may also lead to suspension or termination of your services.
We expect all customers to treat our staff and other customers with respect and courtesy. Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior towards our team or other customers will not be tolerated and may lead to account suspension or termination.
Nexorion Hosting may provide links or access to third-party services or software for your convenience. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, functionality, or security of such third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk, and you should review their respective terms and policies.
